After 7 years of helping chewers across the globe, we have learned a thing or two about chewing and how embracing it can have a positive impact. The challenge is moving from chewing inappropriate or unsafe items to something more suitable such as Chewigem.
This is not always easy and requires persistence, perseverance and constant redirection. They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit and so our diary is set out in that format to assist you on your chewing journey. On each day, you can record each day how you are feeling, what you are chewing and which Chewigem has helped. This keeps the mind focused on making a positive change and allows for reflection on how far you’ve come!
